Nevertheless, modern silicon steel sheets have made many optimizations in material selection and process to improve their temperature resistance and vibration resistance. Many high-quality silicon steel coil use special alloy compositions and surface treatment technologies to make their magnetic properties more stable in high temperature environments and also enhance their vibration resistance. In addition, in response to the impact of mechanical vibration, many power equipment will use shock-absorbing devices or protective measures when designing to reduce the direct impact of vibration on silicon steel sheets. These measures effectively extend the service life of silicon steel coil and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Although silicon steel coil can withstand repeated mechanical vibrations and temperature changes within a certain range, they still need to be inspected and maintained regularly during use. Regular inspections can promptly detect possible damage or performance degradation of silicon steel sheets, so that corresponding repair or replacement measures can be taken to ensure long-term and efficient operation of the equipment.
