See DetailsIn the power system, oil-immersed transformers are key power conversion and transmission equipment. The stability and efficiency of their performance are directly related to the safe operation and economic benefits of the power grid. The S22-M oil-immersed transformer has excellent performance. And advanced technology, especially the application of iron yoke technology, provides a strong guarantee for the stable operation of the power system.
The iron yoke, as an important part of the oil-immersed transformer, is mainly used to enhance the attraction force of the electromagnetic coil and improve the efficiency of the electromagnet. In the S22-M oil-immersed transformer, the iron yoke process has been optimized and innovative. It adopts a rectangular yoke structure, which is basically equal to the cross-sectional area of the core column. This design makes the transformer excellent in reducing no-load losses, saving materials, and simplifying clamping devices.
After adopting the rectangular yoke structure, since the maximum yoke width is unified to 100mm, the core height is reduced by 40mm, thus reducing the overall height of the transformer. This design significantly reduces no-load losses and improves the efficiency of the transformer. As the height of the core is reduced, the height of the oil tank is also reduced accordingly, reducing the amount of transformer oil used. At the same time, since the length of the core columns at all levels, except for the first stage with the largest sheet width, has been shortened to varying degrees, the net weight of the core is reduced by 6kg (3%). In addition, the box wall steel plate is also reduced by 2.5kg (5%), and the entire transformer is reduced by 17kg (2.77%), thereby reducing costs. The surface of the rectangular yoke is flat, and the pull strap is eliminated and screws are used for direct tightening, which greatly enhances the tightening force. The contact surface between the rectangular yoke and the clamp is larger than that of the circular yoke, which enhances the mechanical strength. The upper and lower surfaces of the rectangular yoke are flat, neat and beautiful. In addition, since the stair-shaped insulating pad at the end of the winding is eliminated, the process is simplified and the production efficiency is improved.
The iron yoke process in the S22-M oil-immersed transformer has significant advantages in reducing no-load losses, saving materials, and simplifying clamping devices. These advantages not only improve the performance and efficiency of the transformer, but also reduce production costs. It provides a strong guarantee for the stable operation of the power system.
